About Dana
Dana is one of those people that have thrived from being active throughout her life. By working at SAC, this has given her a stage on which to share her passion for health and fitness with others. Her passion is motivating people to achieve beyond what they ever thought was possible, and empowering them to live their lives to the fullest. Dana is also a thrill seeker and believes that we should always be open to new experiences, because you never know what you are capable of. This kind of attitude allows Dana to embrace participation in activities such as Canyon swinging, bungy jumping, sky diving and scuba diving.

About Katey
From a small mountain town in Colorado, Katey grew up as an athlete snowboarding, playing soccer, rugby for the CSU Women's rugby team, and a lifetime of yoga and running. Katey has a Bachelor’s degree in dietetics and strong background in health and nutrition. She believes strongly that focusing on functional nutrition, fitness and lifestyle changes are the only way to get lasting results. Katey combines her knowledge in nutrition and fitness to help her clients have a whole health transformation.

Kamila strives to motivate and inspire others to adopt healthy behaviors and commit to lifelong fitness. Her training goal is to enhance both cardiovascular and muscluar fitness using progressive exercises specific to the individual. Her main priority is to make exercise fun while still challenging. Kamila enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and with different types of fitness goals, especially those seeking weight loss and muscular conditioning. Along with personal training, Kamila loves to instruct and participate in group fitness classes. On her freetime, she enjoys outdoor activities including downhill mountain biking, hiking, running with her adorable lab/boxer and rollerblading.
