Dana Lauren, Director of Fitness Operations
After graduating as a student athlete from Central Washington University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Dana started her fitness career at the Seattle Athletic Club in 2000. Starting as a personal trainer and working her way up to the Director of Fitness Operations has provided Dana the depth to share her passion for health and fitness. Her passion is to motivate people to reach beyond what they feel is possible, and empower them to live their lives to the fullest. Dana thrives on leading an active lifestyle and believes that every person should be open to trying new experiences, because they may never realize their capabilities if they don’t.

Dan Lavin, Aquatics Director
Dan Lavin has been with the Seattle Athletic Clubs since 1998. Originally with the downtown club, he became our aquatic coordinator at Northgate in 2000, bringing 23 years of swimming experience as a competitor, instructor, and coach.

Known for his emphasis on technique and efficiency, Dan has established a sought after reputation amongst local swim teams. As a leader in developing young swimmers though his Swim Team Prep classes, Dan is well suited to help new swimmers feel very comfortable through their early stages of learning.

Ronianne Olson, Childcare Director / Cafe Manager
Ronianne has been a part of the Seattle Athletic Club Northgate's childcare department since 2000. She recently became the Director of Childcare and is enjoying her new role tremendously. With over 14 years of experience working with children and infants, she has participated in many child development classes. Ronianne is CPR and First Aid certified.

Ronianne has tremendous patience, creativity, and love for all of the children that come into Kids' Court. Whether she is reading stories, playing make believe, or coming up with new programs for the children -- she always encourages and empowers every child that walks in the door and treats them as if they were her own. Ronianne takes great pride in making Kids' Court the best it can be.

Danielle Reddish, Communications Director
Danielle Reddish has worked at the Seattle Athletic Club Northgate for more than 6 years in a number of roles. She has been a mainstay at the Sports Desk since she started in 2005 and was named our Communications Director in October 2011. In her new role, Danielle manages the Club's social medial profiles and puts on our outstanding social events for members throughout the year. Danielle is admired by members and staff alike for her warm, caring personality, exceptional attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking trips to her home state of Montana.

Bruce Vinsonhaler, Athletic Director and Squash Pro
Squash Pro, Bruce Vinsonhaler, is a Seattle native. He graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Economics and played Basketball and Tennis through school. While working at a Tennis Club, he was introduced to Squash and loved it, going on to win titles in Washington State, Oregon State, and Pacific Coast Tournaments. He has been nationally ranked in both Hardball and Softball, and has been a Teaching Professional in Seattle for the past 25 years. Bruce enjoys working with both beginning and advanced players.
